Ongpin is a street in Binondo (Manila's China Town district) where most of the good merchandise are available :D It was named after Ramon Ongpin, a Filipino-Chinese (probably a migrant or a second generation Chinese from Fujian Province, China) who helped the Katipunan: [link] during the Spanish occupation. He helped the organization by providing goods and commodities from his merchandise. It was said that he donated most of his money to Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo despite the fire that destroyed his store. During the American Occupation he continued to support the revolution and was imprisoned for almost three months.

The title of the piece means, "Who is Ramon Ongpin?"
